Ailton Ricaldoni Lobo

Mr. Ricaldoni is the Founder and owner of Novas Opções Energéticas Ltda. (“NOE”), as well as the President and CEO of Clamper Industries. Since its founding in 1991, Clamper has been a premier electronic manufacturing company of TVSS (transient voltage surge suppressors) and low voltage arresters. Mr. Ricaldoni has built the company to become the leading manufacturer and installation service provider in South America. During this same period, Mr. Ricaldoni has established several other successful private enterprises, such as the MC2 Raiotec Engineering, and Clamper Energetic Systems, a solar panel company sold in 2003. In 2001 he and several partners began developing a 151 MW wind energy farm in northwest Brazil. Another very important project that is being developed by the Technotronics Division in partnership with CEMIG is the Fuell Cell (PEM), which will use ETHANOL as fuel. From 1976 to 1996 Mr. Ricaldoni was the manager for Energy Development for CEMIG, one of the largest power companies in Brazil. He led CEMIG’s projects on biomass, thermal and photovoltaic solar energy, wind energy, etc. Through CEMIG, he was one of the founders of the Brazilian Permanent Forum for the Development of Renewable Energy involving Government offices and companies, universities and private companies. Mr. Ricaldoni got his electrical engineering degree in 1975 from the University of São Paulo at São José dos Campos.
